TERMS OF SERVICE & CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

By proceeding with your purchase, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions governing the service provided by Inovo Media ("Agency").



1. SERVICE & BILLING AUTHORIZATION

  • Immediate Charges: Client authorizes Inovo Media to charge the credit card on file for the One-Time Setup Fee immediately upon checkout, unless a valid promotional waiver code is applied.

  • The 14-Day Pilot (Trial Period): The Client enters a 14-Day "Proof of Concept" period starting today. During these 14 days, the Monthly Retainer fee is waived ($0).

  • Automatic Retainer Activation: Client acknowledges that on Day 15, the recurring Monthly Retainer of $1,250 will be automatically charged to the card on file. This subscription will recur every 30 days thereafter until cancelled.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • How to Cancel: Client may cancel services at any time.

  • Notice Period: To prevent the next scheduled billing, Client must provide 7 days' written notice via email to stewartwilson@inovomedia.com before the renewal date.

  • Refunds: Due to the manual labor and proprietary infrastructure built upfront, the One-Time Setup Fee is non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced. Monthly Retainer fees are non-refundable once processed.


3. ADVERTISING BUDGET & EXPENSES

  • Client Responsibility: The Service Fees paid to Inovo Media DO NOT include advertising spend.

  • Direct Payment: Client agrees to pay media costs (Meta/Google Ads) directly to the ad platform.

  • Minimum Spend: To qualify for the Performance Guarantee, Client agrees to maintain a minimum ad spend of $1,000/month (approx. $33/day).


4. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

  • The Promise: Inovo Media guarantees 10 Qualified Quote Requests per 30-day paid retainer cycle.

  • Definition of Qualified: A homeowner located in the agreed service area, seeking services offered by the Client, with valid contact information.

  • Remedy: If the guarantee is not met within a cycle (and the Client maintained the required ad spend), Inovo Media will continue working for free (waiving the next retainer) until the 10-lead target is reached.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DATA

  • Ownership: Client retains 100% ownership of all lead data generated during the campaign.

  • Case Study Rights: Inovo Media reserves the right to use anonymized campaign performance data and results for marketing case studies.

  • Setup Fee Waiver Condition: If the Client utilizes a "Setup Fee Waiver" promotion, the Client agrees to provide a video testimonial within 7 days of the first successful appointment booking. Failure to provide this may result in the retroactive billing of the standard Setup Fee.
