Welcome to Inovo Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, including paid advertising campaigns, lead funnel creation, organic content creation and related services (the “Services”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Overview

We provide digital marketing and lead generation services including paid ads management, funnel building, lead capture, and organic content.

2. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and lawful information and comply with applicable laws related to data privacy and marketing communications. You are responsible for your data and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., TCPA for SMS, CAN-SPAM for emails).

3. Payment and Trial

Our Services may include a trial period. After the trial, clients agree to payment terms outlined in the contract/invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4. Data and Privacy

Clients retain ownership of their leads and data. We collect, process, and store data strictly to deliver Services and improve performance, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Use Restrictions

Clients agree not to use our Services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities. This includes spamming, unauthorized data harvesting, or violating third-party terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inovo Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate Services with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
